In regard of business contact and cooperation, Polish Your Zagreb has been identified as a data processor, simply put this means that the service that we provide to you involves processing of data classified as ‘personal’ data under new GDPR legislation.

Our obligations to you are as follows:

Amended Terms of Service to reflect new privacy and data protection. This addendum lists out the obligations we have as a data processor to protect all information classified as ‘personal’.

Our customers have the right to request to view, edit and/or delete the information held.

To be compliant as an organisation, we have reviewed all of our processes and how we handle, store and move information around. In terms of translation we provide as a third party, all the information given to us is considered confidential and is destroyed with the job delivery date.

As for marketing purposes, both on our website and Facebook channel we use cookies to collect data about our customers. If you are among our Facebook fans you should be aware that we use Facebook pixel to get more data about people that use our services to target within a custom audience.

General terms of business

By hiring Polish Your Zagreb agency you accept T&Cs that apply with each tour, guided walk, business escape and translation services provided. All of our guiding services require booking at least one day in advance.

Bookings for the same day and at hock bookings will be considered upon a request. For bookings made online full payment is required in advance. Online payments can be made via direct bank account transfer.

Tour will be considered booked once the payment is fully received. Prices include taxes and the services described. Experienced in handling big and small groups, we accept minimal booking for one person and maximum of 20 in a group.

Cancellation:

Polish Your Zagreb guarantees that the booked guide services will be provided in accordance with the booked and paid service. We respect your time and the remuneration for our services, so it’s only fair that we, too, give 100% to fulfilling our commitments. However, we understand that life can intervene, and exceptions do happen.

Polish Your Zagreb, as the organizer, reserves the right to cancel and/or change the route/tour if weather conditions pose a risk to participants.

If we are unable to fulfill the booked service, we will offer you a different, more suitable option or cancel the tour and refund your money, at no additional cost. The client also has the right to cancel the service without giving a reason at any time. Cancellations are only considered valid if they are made in writing, via email or text message, 24 hours before the service begins. If the service is canceled 24 hours before the service begins, the client is entitled to a full refund of the booking amount. In the event of cancellation of a service reservation less than 24 hours after its commencement, the client is not entitled to a refund of the reservation amount, except in the case where the service was canceled by the organizer itself and the client did not choose the option of a substitute service.

Liability

We shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury, accident, delay or irregularity suffered by any customer only to the extent that we are ourselves liable under Croatian Law for negligence or breach of the conditions of the contract and are subject exclusively to Croatian Law and jurisdiction. All legitimate complaints are to be submitted within 10 days after the provided service. We will answer all valid complaints within 7 days after the receipt.
